From our founder
I have been involved quite a bit in "re-visiting" my prior training and meditation practices. A very dear friend of mine has opened his eyes to spirituality and in doing so, has "re-opened" mine to a lot of the teachings I previously knew, but somehow lost track of -- focusing too much on the material world and becoming "dis-connected".

It was time.
Until "spirit" shook me up toward the end of 1998 I had not taken note of all the information and wonderful teachings that have been written recently. Some of the readings that I would like to share are noted on the right.

As this area evolves, we would appreciate your comments to help facilitate it's growth - but for now - here are my favorite teachings ...
